The Mission Baltimore School of Emerging Missional Leadership exists to help leaders in the emerging culture align with God's mission. Using the Baltimore Dream Center as its headquarters, students participate in discipleship classes, a wide range of ministries, and learn all aspects of spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. Through the help of The Baltimore Dream Center, this life changing program was designed to create an environment of radical growth. Mission Baltimore also works with Patten University giving students the ability to receive education while discovering their passion.

Tiffany Taylor. While being at Mission Baltimore, I have grown in my relationship with God more than I had ever imagined I would. I came to Mission with my life already planned out, but I soon discovered that God’s plan was much bigger and better than anything I could have ever planned. My heart began to be humbled and I simply desired an intimate relationship with a deep and genuine Father. It was after I stopped worrying so much about what God wanted me to do in the future and just lived day by day in His will, that He finally revealed His purpose for my life. Realizing my purpose and growing in a deeper relationship with the Lover of my Soul, I feel as though Mission has helped to guide me in this process of becoming the woman that God is shaping me into.
